Marjorie Taylor Greene shared Georgia's latest poll numbers showing lead for Donald Trump
ROME, GEORGIA -- On August 29, US Representative for Georgia's 14th Congressional District Marjorie Taylor Greene, or MTG, shared a recent poll that showed a surge in numbers for Donald Trump in Georgia.
In her tweet, MTG expressed concern for Georgia and how Matt Gaetz assured her she would have to “wait until Ron is tested and on stage.”
Along with mentioning Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, MTG has made it abundantly clear on behalf of Georgia, “We want Trump.”
The Internet, however, disagreed. Instead, people responded with tweets about Trump being in jail after being indicted in Georgia for the fourth time.

Marjorie Taylor Greene wrote, “A year ago, Georgia - my home state, was the one of the only states I was concerned about. My friend @mattgaetz kept reassuring me, “Wait until Ron is tested and on stage.” Now DeSantis support has dried up harder than Joe Biden’s cold blooded America last heart.”
She continued, “Georgia is solidly Trump country!!! Of course, our good ole boy establishment “Republicans” will continue their Trump Derangement Syndrome America last globalists agenda, but the people are making it clear. WE WANT TRUMP!!!”
MTG shared an Interactive Polls survey on X that showed Donald Trump up 7 per cent in Georgia, while Ron DeSantis’ numbers were down 15 per cent.

People on X have made it clear that they don’t agree with MTG on wanting Donald Trump back as one person wrote, “Speak for yourself. America wants him in prison, where he belongs.”
Another user wrote, “It's going to be difficult for Mar-a-Lardo to be president from prison.”
One user pointed out his 42-point lead might not be helpful in jail, “Going to be kind of hard for him to hold that 42-point lead whenever he is stuck in a jail cell,”
Another user said, “Yeah too bad he will be in jail and disqualified from running so you get Ron after all.”
One person tweeted an artwork of Donald Trump locked in prison with the classic orange jailor suit on. Another person wrote, “Hahahaha that's hilarious. He's going to jail.”
