Do I look stupid?
If passed into law SB490 would
permanently establish the California American Freedmen Affairs Agency,
to help Black people get things they are entitled to from the government
of the formerly great state of California.
I
guess the legislature believes those poor, stupid darkies are just not
smart enough to figure shit out for themselves. Plus of course it would
establish a bunch of cushy jobs for people who might otherwise lose
their cushy job when they get termed out of office, don't get reelected
or otherwise have bad stuff happen to them.
