Megyn Kelly calls President Joe Biden ‘irresponsible’ for blaming Florida shooting on Ron Desantis

Megyn Kelly calls President Joe Biden ‘irresponsible’ for blaming Florida shooting on Ron Desantis ‘despite zero proof’ Megyn Kelly was evidently furious as Joe Biden indirectly blamed Ron DeSantis in his statement regarding the Jacksonville shooting

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Megyn Kelly has come down hard on President Joe Biden for accusing Republican candidate and current Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, of the Jacksonville shooting.

The shooting that took place on August 26 took the lives of three black men who were victims of a hate crime perpetrated by a 21-year-old white man. The gunman later turned the weapon on himself and committed suicide.

Kelly read out President Biden’s statement in response to the shooting, with him stating that “there’s a whole group of people trying to erase history.”

The former Fox News host immediately pointed out that President Biden is “launching an attack on Ron DeSantis” and later called President Biden completely “irresponsible” for using this commentary to win unnecessary sympathy.

Megyn Kelly labels President Joe Biden ‘irresponsible’ for attack on Ron DeSantis

In her podcast episode of ‘The Megyn Kelly Show’, the 52-year-old, joined by Victor Davis Hanson, launched a full-scale verbal attack on President Biden for destroying Republican candidate Ron DeSantis’ credibility.

She read out President Biden’s statement for her viewers where he mentions, “We have to act against this hate-fuelled violence and all that’s happening.”

Kelly then mocked President Biden for comparing the Jacksonville shooting to an unrelated event from five years ago, as Biden gave a confusing account. She concluded that he was likely referring to the Jacksonville Landing shooting of 2018 but got several details wrong.

She then pointed out his next statement, “There’s a whole group of extreme people trying to erase history,” evidently infuriated by it.

After reading President Biden’s statement, Kelly immediately declared that the POTUS was “launching an attack on Ron DeSantis” and blaming him for spreading hate that incited the Jacksonville shooter.

Kelly stated, “Now this is one thing for the morons on Twitter to blame shooting by this crazed lunatic at 22 who then took his own life on DeSantis. That’s Twitter for you.”

She then went on to blast President Biden for implying DeSantis’ role in the shooting without any proof. “This is the President of the United States trying clearly to tie what happened there—that racist and madman violence—to Ron DeSantis, despite the fact that there is zero proof.”

Kelly stated that no evidence suggests that the shooter read any material or listened to any of DeSantis’s speech. She ended her rant by calling President Biden “irresponsible.”

One fan wrote, "Biden has finally lost it. As well as Twitter as well. Biden is such an embarrassment,” while another said, “Biden hasn't got a clue... About anything!”

A third added, “Joe Biden, The Great Divider,” while a fourth said, “Ridiculousness abounds in that administration.”

A fifth sarcastically said, “Let’s blame Maui on him and leave our people in Afghanistan, oh wait, that was him!!”
