The one-year-old boy who died from a fentanyl overdose at a Bronx daycare has been pictured for the first time.

Nicholas Feliz-Dominici has been identified as the deceased toddler who was one of four children that 'ingested fentanyl' while on the premises of Divino Nino Day Care on Morris avenue.

'Multiple drugs' and supplies were removed from the Bronx daycare after the four kids ingested fentanyl, MailOnline.com can reveal.

His devastated dad has shared his adored son was to turn two in November.

Father-of-five Otoniel Feliz appeared bleary eyed as he spoke to MailOnline.com outside his apartment, just 15 minutes from the Morris Avenue day care.

The heartbroken father of the one-year-old said it was his son's first week at the center.

The family has been living there since 2019 but moved from the Dominican Republic in 2018.

He was in shock when he heard the news at first the hospital thought it could be carbon monoxide poisoning.

Nicholas was one of four children involved after the incident at the New York daycare, but didn't survive. Three other children have been hospitalized.

Police tape hung across the doorway of the premises on Saturday with officers at the scene continuing their investigation.

Mayor Eric Adams expressed his sympathy for the family, sharing that he had spoken to the parents who lost their son.
