The God-Emperor of the formerly great state of
California, Gavin (God I Hate Guns And Gun Owners) Newsom has expressed
his outrage at the recent SCOTUS Bruen decision by giving the
Rockefeller Salute to SCOTUS and law-abiding gun owners.
He
has signed the bill imposing an 11% state excise tax on firearms and
ammunition, allegedly to fund anti-gun violence programs. It is
actually just to make guns and ammo more expensive and therefore harder
to get. They are also still working on the microstamping thing.
SB2
was signed into law. It requires that CCW permit holders must be at
least 21 years of age and have at least 16 hours of training. This bill
also severely limits places where a CCW is valid by vastly expanding
the list of "sensitive places" where you can not carry..
Newsom
signed SB452 which would demand that, starting on 07-01-28, that all
new semi-automatic pistols sold in CA have microstamping technology.
That's nice, but it doesn't work and is easy to defeat if you plan on
using your weapon illegally.
Pretty
much every Pro 2A organization in the state plus of course the NRA is
already preparing the lawsuits. Several of them are already bombarding
me for more money.
