Hunger in Texas? Maybe Governor Abbott can address this problem with the HUGE budget surplus. I guess not but today DPS advertised 600 upcoming openings for State Troopers. Retired State employees have not seen a COLA raise in 20 years. Come on Greg, you can do better.
