Wall Street's bull market reached new highs on Monday as the Dow Jones Industrial Average surpassed 38,000 for the first time.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 38,001 Monday, a new all-time
record. That doesn't mean the sun now rises out of Joe Biden's ass
every morning, but it won't hurt him. Unfortunately.
