This is the horrifying footage of innocent civilians slaughtered and mutilated by Hamas terrorists which Israel presented to the International Court of Justice.

MailOnline has exclusively obtained the sickening video as judges are due to make an interim ruling on alleged genocide by Israel on Friday at The Hague.

It shows terrified Jewish families rounded up like cattle and Palestinian extremists ring their parents to boast of committing atrocities on October 7.

South Africa brought the case to call for an immediate suspension of the invasion of Gaza earlier this month with claims some 25,000 have been killed.

Israel responded by presenting the footage to argue it was itself the victim of an attempted genocide and has a right to defend itself.

But international observers question the scale of the response in Gaza that has seen over 80 per cent of the population displaced, towns reduced to rubble, and a humanitarian catastrophe unfold.

The graphic footage is 7.10 minutes to mark the date of the massacre and mainly comprises of CCTV and images Hamas broadcast off its own body cameras.

An introduction tells how over 3,000 militants 'invaded Israel from the land, sea and air' in over 20 communities near the border and at the Nova music festival in Re'im.

It says Hamas 'slaughtered, tortured, raped, burned alive and mutilated over 1,200 people including infants, children, the elderly and people with disabilities, and kidnapped over 250 people into Gaza'.

Footage then shows Jihadis hurling explosives and screaming 'Allahu Akbar' as they break through the border fence on the morning of October 7.

Under the title 'Invasion' they are seen speeding into Israel in pick-up trucks and firing rocket propelled grenades at civilian cars.

One motorist is shot at point blank range while another is seen sprinting away from the terrorists before he is gunned down, his blood turning the pavement beneath him red.

Much of the images are too graphic to publish including that of a crazed extremist decapitating a civilian with a shovel.

Young Israelis at the Nova music festival are seen dancing at sunrise unaware of Hamas hand gliders looming overhead.

The footage then moves on to a scene titled 'slaughter' that shows the terror rampages at the Kibbutzim.

Bodycam footage shows terrorists gunning down unarmed civilians in their own homes and rounding up mothers and their children.

A terrorist gleefully sets a property alight in one clip before a dog is seen running towards a militant in another where it is brutally gunned down.

The video skips to the aftermath where men, women, children and pets lie dead in bloodstained houses ravaged by terrorists.

Piles upon piles of bullet-ridden bodies are seen at the Nova festival alongside the distraught, bloodstained faces of those who managed to flee and witnessed unspeakable horrors.

Terrorists shoot up rows of portable toilets killing anyone cowering inside in bodycam footage they proudly broadcast to the world.

First responders arrive at the bloody scene desperately looking for a sign of life – but there are none.

All that is left is seemingly endless twisted corpses of young men and women. The victims fell where just hours earlier they had been dancing at the peace and love festival.

Drone footage shows dozens of cars littering the roadside after terrorists ambushed those trying to flee in vehicles.

An audio clip plays out of a Hamas militant calling his father to boast: 'Dad, I'm talking to you from a Jewish woman's phone. I killed her and her husband. I killed 10 people with my own hands!'

He implores his father to 'open WhatsApp and see how I killed' before adding: 'Put mum on.'

The most disturbing scenes are titled 'mutilation' and 'brutally raped and burned'.

They show female bodies with huge gashes taken out of their limbs and their underwear removed.

It skips to the charred remains of those burned alive in their cars trying to flee the onslaught, and haunting footage of a man being decapitated.

'Sexual violence, mutilation and torture' shows more attempted beheadings, bodies burned, and sexual violence.

The final scene, 'Kidnapping into Gaza', shows terrified Noa Argamani, 26, screaming 'don't kill me' as she is taken into Gaza on a motorbike.

Shiri Bibas, 34, is seen holding onto her two red headed babies, Kfir, then nine months, and Ariel, four, as they are bundled into a jeep. They have not been heard of since.

Hamas militants parade the body of 22-year-old German-Israeli Shani Louk into the war-ravaged territory where it is spat upon by locals screaming 'Allahu Akbar'.

Naama Levy, 19, is seen in blood-stained pyjamas, pulled by the hair and loaded into a 4x4 in Gaza by gun-touting extremists.

The video states: 'Over 130 hostages are still being held in Gaza, including infants, the elderly and the sick.

'Some hostages have been executed. Others are being tortured, according to testimonies by released hostages.'

It ends by showing the images of Israeli victims and hostages still held by Hamas.

The 17-judge panel is set to hand down its ruling at midday tomorrow (Fri).

In the initial ruling, the ICJ will not deal with the main question of whether Israel is committing genocide. The court will just look at possible emergency measures, meant as a kind of restraining order while the court looks at the full case, which usually takes years.

South Africa has pointed towards the scale of destruction Israel has wrought in Gaza since October 7, with the Hamas-run health ministry claiming around 25,000 Gazans have died.

It also points towards disturbing language used by Israeli political and military leaders, with some calling for the territory to 'become a tent city' with 'no buildings'.

But Israel argues that the invasion is a targeted military operation to disarm and neutralise the threat of Hamas, with civilian casualties blamed on the terror group's use of families as human shields and its extensive underground tunnel network.

It says the IDF has gone to extraordinary lengths to avoid civilian casualties and abide by principles of international humanitarian law, including using leaflet drops, phone calls, texts, and military tactics to warn civilians to evacuate.

South Africa has a long history with the Palestinian cause with President Cyril Ramaphosa stating: 'Our opposition to the ongoing slaughter of the people of Gaza has driven us as a country to approach the ICJ.

'As a people who once tasted the bitter fruits of dispossession, discrimination, racism and state-sponsored violence, we are clear that we will stand on the right side of history.'
