SUCCESSFUL FENTANYL MURDER CONVICTION

Aaron Kurtis Daze II, 26, of Fair Oaks, CA. was just sentenced to 15 years minimum as a guest of the people for selling the fentanyl that killed Haleigh Yarborough, 25, in Placer County on August 31 of last year.  He is now the second person to be convicted in Placer County of murder for a fentanyl related death.  Placer county also got the first such win in the state back in 2022 and has as third case in progress.  

Placer County is not your typical warm-and-fuzzy with regards to criminals sort of place.  In fact more and more of CA is starting to take a dim view of poisoning people who think they are buying legit pharmaceuticals for personal recreational use (illegal though that may be) when in fact they are being sold fentanyl.  

Sometimes it takes a while but the pendulum often does swing back towards normal-rational if given enough time, and enough corpses.
