Local authorities in Milwaukee County have determined that they will not pursue criminal charges against the child who shot her mother in the back about six weeks ago.
It probably has something to do with the fact that the child is 2-years old and the mother was driving her boyfriend’s car. Someone managed to leave a loaded gun floating around in the car where the young boy got ahold of it and shot her through the seat of the car that the mother, Patrice Price, 26, was driving. Ms. Price died as a result of the shooting.
Assuming I read the news blurb right the boyfriend will not be charged either.
