The parents of a 15-year-old California girl have been arrested on hate crime charges after allegedly assaulting and kidnapping a teenage boy they found inside the teen girl's bedroom.

San Bruno Police said that the teen girl's biological father, Luisandor Suarez, 49, of San Francisco, her mother, Haydee Arguello, 46, and stepfather, Wilfredo Amaya, 46, both of San Bruno, California, assaulted and threatened to kill the 17-year-old boy they found in the girl's bedroom.

The alleged assault and kidnapping took place Thursday at about 2.30am, lasted for 30 minutes and is said to have involved a deadly weapon, according to ABC 7.

'These family members ultimately restrained the victim using a rope. Held him against his will, assaulted him multiple times and even threatened to kill him,' San Bruno Police Department Lieutenant Ryan Johansen said in a Facebook post.

Sounds to me like there may have been some culpability on the daughters part. Maybe they were just playing a board game or helping each other with an anatomy lesson. I'll bet she turns out to be the best witness against Papa.

I wonder who actually called the cops, the daughter or the parents? Kids lucky he didn't get shot. THAT may have actually been justified, had it been done more or less immediately on discovering him. After the fact, not so much.
