On Saturday, about 8:45 in the morning at the Key West International Airport, two women in a private plane were about to take off when they discovered the plane did not want to move. The pilot got out to check to see if the wheel chocks were still in place. She walked into one of the propellers. That stings.
She lost an arm (and somehow also a foot) in the incident. The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating.
