Gavin
Newsom, the Governor of the formerly great state of California, has
endorsed the process of discrimination based on race in the state.
The
Governor has endorsed Proposition 16, which will be on the November
ballot. If passed into law this proposition will allow using race as
well as color, ethnicity, sex and national original as a determining
factor in university admissions, public employment and public
contracting. These considerations are now illegal.
Proposition
17, if passed into law, will allow previously convicted felons
currently on parole to vote. The Governor is a supporter of this.
Proposition
25 would end the concept of bail for virtually all criminal offenses in
CA. That doesn't mean nobody gets bail. That means virtually
everybody gets out without the need to post bail.
He
has so far declined to take a stance with regards to a partial rollback
of Proposition 13 property tax relief and the NO MORE GIG ECONOMY bill
passed this year by the legislature, which will possibly be ashcanned by
a vote of the people. Damn those pesky people. What the fuck do they
know?
