Karen Bass, the Communist Alcalde de la pueblo de Los
Angeles, has announced that she has figured out how to fix the budget
shortfall of $1 billion for LA in the coming fiscal year. She is going
to bum $2 billion from the state. Since the state is in the hole AT
LEAST $35 billion, and maybe twice that, I am unsure how that is going
to work.
Maybe she
will have to stop her overseas travel on the taxpayers dime, which she
promised up-front she wouldn't do anyway. That would be a start.
