Assuming the broadcast media got it right the feds have
begun to arrest and prosecute people for trespassing into the military
security zone along the southern border. It is a misdemeanor and could
get those persons, including illegal aliens, who trespass there a year
in the slammer.
It will be interesting to see what shakes out from this. It is certainly a potentially useful tool.
