A 19-year old woman is currently a guest of the county, about to be bit in the butt big time by the state’s felony murder rule.
Nicole Banuelos seems to have aided in the set-up for Lorenzo Ray Cerna, a documented gang member, to jack a Jaguar close to midnight on May 3 in Stockton. He was better at carjacking than he was at driving, and he self-rehabilitated in a crash with a tree while driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Due to the fact that the late and unlamented Cerna croaked himself in the commission of a felony, Ms. Banuelos is looking at a murder beef.
The local constabulary are also looking for Jade Bersamina, 18, in connection with the carjacking.
