AT LAST IT'S NO LONGER BUSH'S FAULT

Beset with continuing economic and employment problems, the Obama administration spent the first two years blaming former President Bush for the mess we’re in.

When David Axelrod was Obama’s Senior Adviser, he was frequently seen on the Sunday morning TV news interview shows saying that the administration inherited all of the country’s problems from the previous administration, i.e. Blame Bush!

In addition to Axelrod, a long line of cabinet members, economic advisers and other White House aides made similar appearances during which they played the blame Bush game. After two years of that, blame Bush fatigue began to set in.

Axelrod left the White House on January 28 to become Obama’s chief reelection campaign adviser. On Sunday, he was no longer blaming Bush for our economic and employment woes. Now Axelrod is blaming (1) the Japanese tsunami and the European economic collapse for the economic recovery malaise, high unemployment, and the stock market’s nosedive; and (2) the Arab Spring for our high gas pump prices.

Now that my dwindling retirement savings are taking another heavy hit, I feel so much better hearing that none of America’s current economic and employment problems are the fault of President Obama.
