NON-SERIOUS, NON-VIOLENT?

Regardless of what the local authorities do, I am sure this asshole will be continued on parole.

SCUMBAG PAROLEE KILLS GIRLFRIEND’S PUPPY

A Stockton parolee named Daniel Baxter was having a beef yesterday with his girlfriend. In order to punctuate his unhappiness he picked up her 2-month old puppy and slammed it into the wall. The dog was so badly injured it had to be put down at the veterinary hospital. The slimeball is now back in custody. I wonder if killing domestic pets is considered non-serious, non-violent technical violation.

‘steel.b’ replied: Yes, this is considered a non-serious, non-violent offender by CDCr standards ….just like parolee Stupid who has convictions for attempted voluntary manslaughter (7 yrs), robbery, burglary 1st. His current commitment offense is disregard for safety … which, by CDCr’s standards makes him non-serious, non-violent ….unbelievable…because his current commitment offense is the only offense considered when determining this status … unbelievable …[Corrections Secretary] Matt Cate is responsible for perpetrating this stupidity upon the law abiding citizens of California. When this proves to be a failure…and it will, Cate will be retired and laughing his ass off because nobody will remember him…only Arnie and Jerry. BTW … most serial killers started out by torturing and killing animals before moving on to people.
