I’m surprised that California hasn’t come up with a ‘father in the home’ parole.
Bob Walsh says, "Give them time. The 'paroled mothers law' is not actually gender specific. There is no reason why loving and caring and nurturing fathers who just happen to be predatory criminals can’t apply for parole to go home and take care of their crumbsnatchers. Doesn’t mean they will get it."

A former guest of the state who was freed under the new and wonderful medical parole law was back in custody today and may be returned to prison due to an incident occurring only days after his release.
Peter Post, 33, was released on parole on November 3. He was paroled to a long-term care facility due to his being permanently physically incapacitated. He was rolled up on November 10 for weenie waving and committing a lewd act in front of female nursing staff at the private facility.
Since he is well enough to yank his crank the department has concluded he may still be a risk to society and perhaps should finish out his 31-year sentence for burglary out of Sacramento.
Since January 1, 27 criminals have applied for medical parole. Of that number 24 have been granted.
