IT’S NOT A GOOD IDEA FOR DRUG TRAFFICKERS TO IGNORE TRAFFIC LAWS

An Okie cop scored a real biggie by pulling over a driver for unsafe lane changing.

A drug dealer was caught with $1.5million of cocaine when he was stopped by police for changing lanes illegally.

Twelve pounds of pure uncut cocaine was found in the bumpers of Reynaldo Reyes's car in El Reno, Oklahoma.

A drug sniffing dog tipped off police early Thursday morning after the 44-year-old from Amarillo Texas, appeared nervous during the traffic stop.

Reyes told authorities he was travelling to Kansas City, Missouri while providing some inconsistencies in his story

In all, 12 bundles were found strategically compartmentalized in both front and back bumpers in addition to other drug paraphernalia and personal drugs, unspecified.

Estimating the street value over $1 million, Sheriff Randall Edwards told the Oklahoman the actual value would reflect how many times it had been cut before hitting the streets.

One gram of cocaine, he said, sells for $100 to $150 each with approximately 454 grams in a pound.

Reyes was booked into the Canadian County Jail where he is expected to be handed to federal authorities on drug trafficking complaints.

'We felt like given the amount of drugs he had and the fact Reyes transported them across several state lines, we would turn it over to the feds to prosecute,' Mr Edwards told the Oklahoman in a release.

'He will receive a much stiffer sentence and serve the entire time that he is sentenced to in federal court.'
