Barry Scheck’s Innocence Project is always quick to publicize every case in which that group was instrumental in obtaining the release of a wrongly convicted prison inmate. You can bet this is one case they sure as hell did not publicize.
PREVIOUSLY CONVICTED MURDERER FREED BY INNOCENCE PROJECT CONVICTED OF NEW MURDER

Dante Parirsh was previously convicted of a 1999 murder. He was freed with the assistance of the Innocence Project. He was sentenced to LWOP (life without parole) today for the attempted sexual assault and murder of a 15-year old boy in Baltimore when he had been out of prison for
less than one year. Parrish, now 37, was a family friend of the victim,
Parrish had priors for drugs, perjury and felony vandalism. He got 30 years for the prior murder, but convinced the Innocence project to take up his case. He got a new trial, was again convicted, but sentenced to time already served.
The Innocence Project is defending their work in the Parrish case. They claim he was convicted via “false information” from prosecutors. They are not necessarily asserting he was actually innocent of that crime.

You can bet they didn't and they won't. So thanks for publicizing it for them.
Kinda makes you wonder how many similar stories go unpublished.
