BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SAY AND WHERE YOU SAY IT

By Bob Walsh

I happened to be listening to a little bit of Uncle Rush this morning while I was out dropping my tax stuff off and I heard something very interesting from a caller. There is no way of knowing (at least right now) how much of this is true and how much of it is not, but…..

According to the caller, his wife was in line to check in at the airport and, in keeping with the times was talking politics. Allegedly she referred to Hillary as a bitch, in a normal conversational voice.

Again allegedly, she was immediately swooped on by an employee of United Airlines who pulled her out of the check-in line. She was not allowed to board her flight and incurred significant expense in getting rebooked on another airline to get where she needed to be.

The caller stated that they had not figured out what, if anything, they intended to do about it. One nice thing about this is it will definitely leave some sort of paper trail. It will be interesting to see what United Airlines says about why she was booted out of line, if she really was.

EDITORS NOTE: As Bob Said, “there is no way of knowing how much of this is true and how much of it is not.” I browsed the internet for more than half-an- hour trying to verify this story and there is absolutely nothing on it. This leads me to believe that the caller is a liar.

In any case, Bob’s advice to “be careful what you say and where you say it” is damn good advice!

So Howie browsed the internet for half an hour and couldn't find a story, therefore the caller must be a liar. QED.

Brilliant.

I browsed the internet this evening (02-24) looking for info on this. There were two references, both of them to the Rush Limbaugh call-in. There was zero information to support that this incident actually occurred. I am starting to wonder if the caller just had a hard-on for United Airlines.
