Prison teacher Chong-Hwa Chang got pregnant twice while having sex more than 20 times with Rashid Walker who was serving time for a robbery-murder

There is nothing like a dedicated teacher and no teacher can be more dedicated than Chong-Hwa Chang, 42, who gave a New Jersey prison inmate some private one-on-one sessions that resulted in two pregnancies. Although the convicted murderer was not one of her assigned students, Ms. Chang took on the extra task of giving this ‘special needs student’ some private exercises.

Ms. Chang, a basic adult education teacher at Trenton State Prison, kept a detailed diary in which she described having sex more than 20 times with Rashid Walker, 35, who is doing 60 years for the 2002 robbery-murder of a man in the city of Passaic.

Those private exercises got Ms. Chang pregnant twice. The first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage and she ended the second one with an abortion.

Ms. Chang, was arrested January 29 and charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault. Although the 20-plus fucking sessions were consensual, she was charged with sexual assault because of her supervisory role over Walker.

Here is just one more example of an educated idiot. First she kept a detailed diary of her illegalities with a prisoner. And you’d think Ms. Chang, who holds a Master’s Degree from Rutgers University, would have had the smarts to go into any bar in Trenton and pick up the schmuck of her choice for some 20-plus special needs exercises. Ah, but apparently not.
