Six members of the Mongolian Boys Society are under arrest for the shooting in Fresno on November 17 at a football game house party. At least one of the people at that party was a member of the Asian Crips. The shooting is thought to be a retaliation attack for a shooting earlier in the day that left a Mongolian Boys Society member toes up.
Each of the six is being held against a $11 million bail.
Authorities recovered 14 weapons, two of which were used in the Fresno attack.

I lived in Fresno for a short time and the city had a gang problem. Fresno also had a tough Chief of Police, Jerry Dyer. He had a gang unit that did it's job well and Fresno wasn't concerned with what the rest of California thought. Jerry Dyer retired and rumor has it that he is running for Mayor.
I used to listen a lot of an AM talk radio station, KMJ, out of Fresno. They did a lot of local focus stuff, including police issues. They also thought very highly of Dyer, and like the current sheriff Margaret Mimm very much.
