Waters, 25, was a resident of Georgia until he died early in December.
It appears that he was shot to death by a not-quite 2-year old who
found his loaded gun and shot him with it. The news article about the
shooting is very thin but clearly the gun was not stored safely.
The
anti-gun whacko group Everytown For Gun Safety asserts that there were
at least 330 unintentional shootings by "children" (not further defined)
in the US in 2021 resulting in 135 deaths.
In August a 21-year old Florida woman was shot to death by a toddler during a video phone call.
