Circus MAY BE making a comeback

If the circus makes a comeback, it will be without wild animals and clowns

It seems that there are serious plans afoot to bring back the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus in the semi-near future, sans animals and maybe also without clowns.  

It is still a work in progress so don't promise the kiddies they get to go to the circus this year.
