The overwhelmingly Democrat-Socialist legislature of the
formerly great state of California is moving at breakneck speed to take
advantage of the emotional fallout of the Uvalde massacre to pass 12 new
anti-gun laws. One of them is modeled after the (almost certainly
unconstitutional) Oklahoma anti-abortion law and would allow private
citizens to sue gun manufacturers for criminal activity committed with
their products even if purchased legally.
I would have been surprised if this had NOT happened.
