28TH AMENDMENT PROPOSED

The God-Emperor of the formerly great state of California, Gavin Newsom, who wants to be president SO BAD he gets a hard-on every time Joe Biden walks down a flight of stairs, has proposed the 28th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

This amendment would, if passed by 3/4 of the states, do the following.

No one under the age of 21 could legally buy any sort of firearm.

ALL firearms transfers would require a background check.

"Assault Rifles" (whatever the fuck they are) would be banned from sale.

Local jurisdictions would be free to pass further gun rights restrictions without regard to the Second Amendment.

I strongly suspect this has pretty much zero change of actually getting anyway outside of places like CA, NY, NJ and MA, but it will make Gavin look good for his base.  That way, if Biden strokes out in the next year, or is actually nailed for corruption and forced to bail, he will be happily waiting in the wings to accept the mantle of wonderfulness.

Fuck him, and the Prius he rode in on.
