GHOSTS AT SCHOOLS CAUSING PROBLEMS

It
seems that the combination of the plague resulting in "remote learning"
and generous grants and other payments for community college students
resulted in about 20% of the students in many community colleges in the
formerly great state of California being non-existent.
The
state has shelled out a buttload of money to students who apparently
were not real. I wonder if they will even try to recover the money?
