The
DNC has recently announced that there will NOT be any official DNC
debates between Joe Biden and ANY opposition candidate. They have come
to the conclusion (almost certainly correctly) that the possible/likely
down side is MUCH GREATER than any possible benefit an incumbent might
get from stretching his neck out.
It
is also not clear if Donald Trump will participate in any RNC debates
with his announced opponents, for pretty much the same reason.
