Abreu allegedly went on a shooting spree that left one dead and three wounded in Brooklyn and Queens.
A source called the alleged triggerman “extremely emotionally disturbed.”
The NYC scooter shooter was apprehended only five hours after his last shot was fired over the weekend.
Thomas
Abreu, 25, is now in custody for one count of murder and several counts
of attempted murder as well as assorted weapons violations.
It
is unknown what his motive was and the shootings appeared to be
completely random. Maybe he did it just because he felt like it.
It seems likely that he will actually be held in custody for at least a day or two. That's nice.
