Two people were taken into custody for climbing on the Manhattan Bridge Saturday night.
Two people were taken into custody for climbing on the Manhattan Bridge Saturday night, NYPD said.
Police responded to a report of climbers on the bridge shortly after 8:30 p.m., police said.
Video obtained by the Post shows four people cautiously moving along one of the bridge’s massive white cables with lights on their heads.
Police confirmed they were conducting a high-angle rescue of the two people.
Rescuers pulling the two people off the Brooklyn side of the Manhattan Bridge on Saturday.
Rescuers guided the two individuals down the bridge.
Their reason for scaling the bridge was not immediately clear.
Police say no charges have yet to be filed against he two individuals.
It’s not clear if any of those in the clip are police officers who responded to the scene or not.
No charges have been filed against the apprehended individuals at this time, cops said.

I think the cop should chain them to the bridge and let them stay their until their bodies start to rot and fall off the bridge in pieces. But that's just me.
