By Bob Walsh

While trying to arrest a suspect, Indiana police sergeant Heather Glenn was gunned down
Tell City police sergeant Heather Glenn

Sgt. Heather Glenn was at the Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City, Indiana in response to a domestic violence call.  The cops had reason to believe that Sean Hubert, 34, the suspect, was on his way to the hospital.

He showed up and Sgt. Heather tried to subdue him with an unspecified electronic device, without effect.  Hubert pulled a gun and shot Sgt. Glenn.  He was then shot to death by officers of the Tell City and Cannelton police departments.  The incident went down inside the building near the E.R.

Sgt. Glenn had about 20 years total with the Tell City P.D. and the Perry County S.O.

RIP sister.
