CA MOVING TO EXTEND SANCTUARY STATE PROTECTION TO PRISONS

By Bob Walsh

A correctional officer closes the main gate at San Quentin State Prison in San Quentin, Calif., in 2020.
San Quentin sanctuary prison. ICE entry prohibited

The formerly great state of California is moving towards extending Sanctuary State policies to the Calif. Dept of Corrections (and rehabilitation).  Gavin Newsom thinks that turning criminal illegal aliens over to ICE is mean and that the state shouldn't do it any more.  There are currently about 2,200 undocumented democrats in state custody.

The bill, called the Home Act, is now on the Governor's desk.

Clearly the governor wants MORE illegal aliens who are convicted felons roaming the streets.  Isn't that compassionate?
