Former Louisville P D Officer Brett Hankison snagged a
mistrial in his federal beef over the death of Breonna Taylor in
Louisville. He never did not actually shoot anybody but did fire ten
shots blind into the apartment. He was found not guilty in state court
on reckless endangerment charges for spraying the area with gunfire.
It is not clear if the feds will retry him. The jury was unable to reach a verdict.

While I personally think he should be in prison, this concept of "separate" sovereignty is total bs and the government should only get one shot at convicting a person.
