In a speech Friday, NRA CEO Wayne LaPierre railed against giving voting rights back to ex-offenders. His organization feels differently about restoring their gun ownership rights.

LaPierre's next gig should be some well-deserved jail time, but he's facing a civil trial

 

Wayne LaPierre bailed out of his gig with the NRA Friday, three days ahead of the beginning of his trial for financial corruption.  I can not help but think that the organization will benefit from his departure.
