The Court of Appeals for the
District of Columbia has just ruled that the DC law prohibiting the
possession of firearms magazines holding more than ten rounds by members
of the general public is unconstitutional. While this has no immediate
effect outside of DC it may be one more push towards SCOTUS looking at
and overturning similar laws elsewhere.
