President Obama and Vice President Biden, please tell me how expanded background checks and a ban on ‘assault rifles’ and high capacity magazines would have kept that gun out of their hands and prevented this murder by five worthless shits. Thank you Mr. President and Mr. Biden.
FIVE YOUNG PUNKS UNDER ARREST IN KILLING OF PARAMEDIC

Five teenage boys, ages 14-16, are now in custody in the April 2 murder of Quinn Boyer, a Santa Clara paramedic. Boyer was killed in an apparent carjacking attempt in the Oakland hills. The young thugs were bored, cut school and decide to jack a car and rob the driver.
Boyer was at an intersection on Keller Ave. about noon when one of the young punks started shooting at him. He tried to drive away but went off the road down a ravine.
It is believed that only one of the punks was the actual shooter, but they may all ride the heat for the murder. The DA is determining whether or not to charge them as adults in the crime.

they got one more, age 13. The 16-year old is thought to be the actual shooter and is now being prosecuted as an adult. No decision yet on the other young thugs.
