WHAT KIND OF TOBACCO WAS IN JOHN KERRY'S PEACE PIPE?

What was Secretary of State John Kerry smoking in his peace pipe when he announced Friday that Israeli and Palestinian negotiators would meet in Washington, D.C. this week to restart long-stalled peace talks. Was it Psilocybin (magic mushrooms)? Peyote (Mescaline)? Hashish? Marijuana? It sure as hell could not have been regular tobacco.

Nabil Abu Rudeineh and Yasser Abed Rabbo, official spokesmen for Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas, announced Sunday that the Palestinians had not yet reached any agreement to restart negotiations.

Israel Today reports that the two spokesmen said Abbas “had merely agreed to send a team to Washington to continue the low-level preliminary talks that had already been taking place. …from the Palestinians' point of view, the talks scheduled in Washington next week are aimed at convincing Israel to meet the remainder of Palestinian preconditions so that official negotiations can resume at some future date.”

In other words, Israel must make more concessions before the Palestinians are willing to return to the negotiating table for actual peace talks.

The Los Angeles Times reports that both the Israelis and the Palestinians “were taken by surprise” when Kerry made his announcement Friday.

Kerry apparently ‘dreamed’ he had a deal in place when all he had was an agreement for some low-level Palestinian officials to meet in Washington with their Israeli counterparts, not to talk about peace, but to see how many concessions they can squeeze out of the Jewish state before the Palestinian Authority will consider restarting actual peace negotiations.

Kerry needs to be more careful about what kind of tobacco he puts in his peace pipe. Them hallucinogens will do it every time.

Kerry is an idiot, a joke, and an embarrassment. But he did serve in Vietnam.

Until the Palestinian Authority changes it's goal of pushing Israel into the sea" there is absolutely no basis for peace talks. They are a sham. Only a fool or a liberal ideologue would believe otherwise.
