Some
idiot attempted to steal gas from trucks at Byrds Fire Protection
in Salt Lake City recently. A previous thief ripped off the catalytic converter and stole
some gas from one of the company trucks. The second thief was
unsuccessful in siphoning gas so decided to drill the tank. They have
some pretty decent security video of the guy rolling across their
parking lot trying to extinguish the flames on his clothing.
An accomplice picked the guy up and drove him away.
