Regular readers will recall I wrote a week or so ago
about AB 1333, proposed in the legislature of the formerly great state
of California. It would, if passed into law, make it illegal for you to
use deadly force to defend yourself, your family or your property from
any sort of forceful attack. If you killed someone under those
circumstances you would be charged with criminal homicide. Under the
law you would be required to retreat from any sort of forceful attack,
even if that meant abandoning your dwelling or family members.
It
was pulled by the author yesterday. He realized it was fucking
stupid. Even his own psycho fellow Democrat-Socialists wouldn't cross
that bridge.
