IT'S NOT THE POLLS, IT'S THE ECONOMY STUPID

By Howie Katz

President Trump is pictured claiming that "the polls suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome. They are sick."

President Trump has kept his campaign promises. Among them, he has stopped the illegal border crossings so prevalent during the Biden-Harris administration and is deporting illegal immigrants, especially the criminal ones.

But polls show that President Trump has the lowest approval rating of any president after 100 days in office since President Eisenhower. That was back in 1953.

Trump's reaction to the polls was to blast them as "fake news" and complaining that "They suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome, and there is nothing that anyone, or anything, can do about it." He added, "They are sick."

Trump's economic policies are hurting the very folks that elected him, the working people. The cost of just about everything they buy is rising. That's why the polls are not fake news.

As James Carville said in 1992, "It's the economy stupid."

If anyone is suffering from a derangement syndrome, it's President Trump himself.

45-47 just scored 55% approval rating on Fox News Polls on immigration and deportation. 142 executive orders have been issued. I paid less than $2 a gallon for gas yesterday. I'm eating well and have clean water. Miller Lite went down in price at HEB. Is that bad? However, anyone that thinks that the economy will not be affected, when tariffs are added would be stupid. By the way, how are the Democrat polling numbers doing?

Howie, I think you are not giving Trump enough credit. Of course, one year from now, if it turns out the tariff chaos was an unmitigated failure you will have been proven to be right and Trump will have been proven to be wrong.

James Carville is an Ass Hat. He lost his way a decade ago. Main stream media still uses him based on his Democrat Philosophy.

From the Marist Poll:

45% of Americans give President Trump a grade of an “F” as he marks his 100 days back in office. 23% give him an “A,” and 17% give Trump a “B.” The president receives a “C” from 8% and gets a grade of a “D” from 7%. Among Republicans, 54% give Trump a grade of an “A,” and an additional 29% give him a “B.” Nearly half of independents (49%) give Trump a failing grade.

I can remember the numerous polls taken before 45-47 election. Most predicted 45-47 to lose. I'll continue to listen to the voters. They spoke loudly last November. Howie, Maybe you should get a hearing aid tune up.

Those voters included many Democrats who only voted for Trump because they couldn't stomach Kamala Harris. If the Democrats had had a moderate candidate instead of a raving liberal, the outcome of the election could very weell have been different.

Most Soothsayer's might agree with you. If you continue plug in more variables pretty soon you can predict anything.
