Normally
a Vice-President gets Secret Service protection for six months after
leaving office. Biden signed an order on the way out the door extending
Kamala's protection. Trump just signed an order un-extending it. Her
detail will fold up this weekend.
I
guess Trump figured she just isn't that special that anyone would
bother trying to kill her. He might be right. If being stupid and
inept attracted killers the whole planet would be awash in corpses.
