A
five-judge panel of the New York Appeals Court has just thrown out the
judgement against Trump on the civil case let by the New York A.G.
While the panel agreed that the elements of the case were supported they
stated that the massive amount of damages, $464 million dollars, was
clearly excessive.
The
President had to post a $175 million bond in order to pursue his
appeal. The judgement was thrown out in it's entierty, and Trump could
further appeal the guilty verdict if he feels the inclination, which he
very likely will. Especially if the A.G. is successfully prosecuted by
the feds for personal financial fraud.

It was all a political set up.
