Silent intifada: 71 Jewish shepherds and farmers wounded in 2025 attacks
While world focuses on far more infrequent acts of Jewish vigilantism, constant Palestinian attacks go nearly unreported

At least 71 Jewish farmers and shepherds have been wounded in Palestinian terrorist assaults across Judea and Samaria since the start of the year, according to new data released by Hatzalah Judea and Samaria (Rescuers Without Borders).
The NGO reported 52 shepherds and 19 Jewish farm residents among the injured during the first seven months of 2025, with “dozens” more attacks recorded that ended without casualties.
The assaults have involved stones, gunfire, axes, clubs, attempted car rammings, and other forms of violence, alongside “extensive online incitement and calls to harm Jews who are defending state lands from Arab invasion and takeover,” the group told Israel Hayom.
The sharp rise has prompted concerns of what observers are calling a “silent intifada” against Jewish agricultural communities in the biblical heartland.
