Obama continues to hammer Israel by repeating the lies spread by long-time Palestinian mouthpiece Mark Perry, a correspondent for Foreign Policy and former advisor to Yasser Arafat, and by Yediot Acharonot, the voice of Israel’s left, which acts as a “Fifth Column” for the Palestinians. Perry and Yediot Acharonot deliberately spread the lie that Israel’s policies endangered the lives of American soldiers and Obama damn well knows that’s what they did.
At the conclusion of the conference on nuclear terrorism, Obama said in response to a question on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that such disputes are "costing us significantly in terms of both blood and treasure."
According to Ynetnews, his statement passed with relatively little press attention as it got swallowed up by other statements made by the president on nuclear terrorism and the nuclear threat. However, Washington analysts claim that it makes a direct correlation between the success of US operations in the Muslim world, namely in Iraq and Afghanistan, and U.S. support of Israel, implying that such support endangers U.S. soldiers serving in these zones.
When the president of the United States stands before the leaders of 47 nations and deliberately and knowingly gives credence to the malicious lie that Israel is endangering the lives of American soldiers, he is not only demonizing the Jewish state, but he is also fanning the flames of anti-Semitism.
