The ACLU, often known as the American Criminal Lawyers Union, has elected to challenge an injunction ordering 19 known gang members to not associate with one another, loiter, or possess firearms and imposes a 2200-0500 curfew on them.
The injunction, which has yet to actually be approved by a judge, is being opposed in an amicus brief by the ACLU.
