Judge refuses to throw out murder charge against illegal alien

Yes, it is truly a minor miracle. San Francisco Superior Court Judge James Collins has refused to throw out the second degree murder charge against Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez.
You might remember that Lopez-Sanchez is the murderous piece of shit who back-shot Kate Steinle, 32, on a pier in San Francisco on July 1 because he didn’t have anything else to do. At first he claimed that he was shooting at a seal lion until he realized that was, to many people, a more serious charge than murdering a native-born Caucasian citizen.
Lopez-Sanchez is a multiple arrested illegal alien, who keeps returning to S.F. due to its generous welfare payments and sanctuary city policies. He has been deported five times.
When drug charges against him were dropped, S.F. refused to return him to ICE to be deported again and instead let him hit the streets. Shortly thereafter he shot Kate Steinle in the back as she walked with her father on the pier.
Lopez-Sanchez’s lawyer is asserting that the cops holding him for seven hours without questioning him was unconstitutional and the proper remedy was to let him walk on the murder beef. On Tuesday (04-12) the judge told him, reluctantly, to stick it in his ass. The judge found his lengthy detention prior to arrest “troubling” but could not justify letting him walk on a murder beef because of it.
