Benjamin Taylor, 32, is in very deep shit. He was charged with murder this morning. He is believed to have raped and murdered his girlfriend's nine-month old baby.
The child's mother found the death child in the basement of their apartment building on Monday morning. He admits to taking their laundry to the basement and admits to taking the baby with him (meaning somebody saw him taking the kid and he knew it). He further claims to have no recollection of what happened to the baby girl.
The child was declared brain dead on Wednesday. Taylor was originally being held against a $2 million bail on sexual assault charges. I doubt that he made bail and I expect he will now be held without bail.
I don't know if W. Virginia has a death penalty or not. In any case I do not expect a long, let alone happy, life for this ambulatory turd. Even honest criminals hate baby rapers.
EDITOR’S NOTE: Unfortunately, West Virginia abolished the death penalty in 1965.
According to the Daily Mail, a petition to the White House is now circulating calling for Taylor to be hanged publicly.
