There are in this world a small number of people who are so fucked up and so stupid that you wonder how they managed to still be alive much more than the age of 12 or so. A case in point.
India Kirksey, 20, of Cincinnati, decided recently for some insane reason that it would be a good thing for her to have sex with a four-year old boy and live-stream the encounter on Periscope. A viewer was sufficiently grossed-out that s/he contacted the local constabulary who located Ms. Kirksey and arrested her happy ass. She has pled guilty to the rape of the child and is awaiting sentencing. Presumably after a psych evaluation.
